This is an awesome post for people that actually care about what media means to the community. I am definitely going to share this across our social media networks to bring more awareness.
To respond to what is being said in the stream culture is definitely more important than strategy. I talk to my clients about this all the time. You have to build culture, get some community involvement and use media to it’s fullest potential. The people need radio that is more involved in the community and less involved in the industry.
Major shoutout to Radio Boise for providing this forum for people to really see what is going on in radio and to shed light on the need for diversification in the media that serves the people. There are enough viewpoints to serve every individual in America. We can’t continue to allow radio to decline by pushing syndicated content.
