Practice New Year’s Eve Party 2019

It’s almost time for our most anticipated event of the year!

Because practices makes perfect…

Radio Boise’s 14th annual Practice New Year’s Eve Party will be held Friday, December 6, 2019 at The Gem Center for the Arts (2417 Bank Drive, Boise Bench).

Taking a cue from the B-52’s fashion, this year’s party theme is late ’70s new wave camp and enthusiastic disco fun. Get your aqua net and hair set then zip up your go go boots and polyester pants and we’ll see you at this space age soiree!

Doors open at 6 PM.
Individual tickets are $15 in advance or $18 at the door.
This event is all ages; alcohol is available for purchase with ID.

All funds raised from sale of tickets, drinks, raffle tickets and auction bids go directly to support your community station: Radio Boise.

*Regular Sounds performing as the B-52’s
*Boise Rockeoke (Get on stage and sing your heart out with this live karaoke band. Check their song catalog and pick your jam.)
*KRBX DJs Bonefish Sam (of Two Ducks and a Pollywog) and Feelings (of Sunday Soul Party) set it off at 6 PM
*Starbelly Dancers and Corevette Dance Collective boogie all the way down with special performances
*Wepa Cafe food truck cooking up authentic Puerto Rican cuisine on-site from 7 – 10 PM
*Boise Brewing and Indian Creek Winery tap takeover at the Lounge at the End of the Universe bar
*Fiat 500e electric vehicle raffle drawing at 10 PM
*Online auctions and live raffles
*Practice countdown to midnight

Starting on Sunday, December 1, you can bid on great goods and stellar services donated by local community businesses and artists through Friday, December 13, with plenty of time to pick up your lots before the holidays. You’ll also be able to view items and bid online at the event, plus we’ll have special items for a live auction (vacations, art and more)!
