First of all, thank you! All your hard work in securing food donations for Fall Radiothon was a huge success! It was such a pleasure to witness your ability to band together and get it done, and I know all our volunteers and DJs were very appreciative. 🙂
Now, for business: our next events committee meeting is coming up next week, Wednesday, Nov. 5th at 9:30am at The Crux.
Join us for coffee and Practice New Year’s Eve planning. The committee will be responsible for securing auction item donations, reaching out to volunteers for set up and take down, and being on the ground floor the day/night of the event staging the auction items and making sure everything runs smoothly. It’s important that we secure auction items ASAP, so I hope you can make it to this meeting!
