This blues cruise, Boise’s first ever, promises to be a lot of fun. A luxury cruiser will pick us up at noon on Sunday, June 24. We’ll ride to McCall in style with snacks, games, prizes and live music by Russ Martin and Richard Soliz on the way. Then we’ll board the good ship Idaho for a two-hour cruise of Payette Lake! More snacks, a full bar and live music during our cruise by Neighbor Dave and the Gary Tackett trio. After the cruise, we’ll ride back to Boise with more live music and fun.
Only 75 tickets will be sold for this event, so don’t wait too long if you’d like to go. This is a fund-raiser for Radio Boise and a fun-raiser for blues fans. Ship ahoy! *Note: the bus is currently full, if you buy tickets just meet up with the group up in McCall (details to follow).

Tried to email you but it bounced back, so:
I had a great time Sunday!! Major kudos for a great ride/music on the bus, fabulous music on the boat, yummy snacks on the bus/boat and a beautiful cruise on the lake
Suggestion for improvement?.
1. Assign seats as people buy tickets-we were told we might not have seats even though we bought tickets weeks in advance; that kind of brought us down for awhile even though we eventually got seats.
2. Or, don’t sell more tickets than bus seats; too long a trip for people to drive up and back anyway
3. Leave earlier, and don’t stop enroute! 11 am departure would’ve worked out fine
4. On the boat set-up dancing in the back; a lot of people were bummed they
couldn’t see the musicians because dancers, esp that one woman, blocked their view the entire ride. I know people love to dance, esp to those bands, but allow people who paid the same $ to see what they came to see!
5. Sounds silly, but assign someone to corral people at the end of the cruise to get on the bus so everyone can get back in a reasonable time.
